If there is a need to cancel orders and request a refund for any purchase made through the website, it must be requested within a maximum period of 7 days from the date of purchase by emailing contatoaquaticmovement@gmail.com, stating in the subject line: Cancellation and/or Refund Request. In the body of the email, please describe the reason for your request along with your order number for easy identification of your purchase. The maximum response time is up to 7 business days. The refund for the amount paid will be processed within a period of up to 45 business days, depending on the payment method used for the purchase.
